Abu Bekr Shrine,

We want to start by thanking all of the people involved with the care of or daughter, Morgan Hancock, provided by the Shriners.  Morgan has cerebral palsy and has been going to the Shriners Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota since she was nine months old.  Morgan has made great strides in her physical development with the help of the Shriners, and the care that Shriners Hospital provides.  We do not know where she would be without the patience and vigilant care provided.  Morgan is now getting around in her purple Zippie wheelchair and is standing with her own special made stander and orthotics.  We have always hoped that our daughter would be able to fo to school and interact with other children.  Our hopes are becoming a reality.  Through the efforts of the Shriners Hospital for Children and our local Shrine Temple, Morgan will go the school this fall.  We have learned about Morgan’s abilities through the Shriners, and how much she enjoys working if given the opportunity.  We want to thank the local Abu Bekr Temple and also the hospital for making our dreams of being able to live our lives without barriers a reality.  The future will be exciting to explore with the continued care from the Shriners.  Thank you for all that you do for Morgan and other children.

Sincerely,

Bruce, Kelly and Morgan Hancock
